Tip 3 - Set Small Goals
Praise the Lord!
I’m Elizabeth Brooks with Effervescence. At Effervescence we believe that “Fitness Begins With Correct Thinking.” Today’s exercise tip is designed to help you on your road toward making 2006 your year of physical transformation. Remember, transformation is the process by which we change from one form or appearance to another. If you are not participating in regular, daily exercise, your process toward physical fitness will require that you take a step by step series of actions toward getting in shape. But those actions must be continuous in order for your transformation to be complete. Set small attainable goals for daily exercise … one pushup, 5 crunches or even 10 minutes of walking. Once you are consistent at these, they will be the foundation upon which to build more activity.
God wants us to present our bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto him. Setting small goals will progress you toward a healthier lifestyle.
