Tip 7 - Temptation is The #1 Stumbling Block

I’m Elizabeth Brooks with Effervescence. At Effervescence we believe that “Fitness Begins With Correct Thinking.” Today’s fitness and information tip is to bring to your attention the obstacles and barriers to achieving your daily exercise goals. Temptation is the number one stumbling block to your new commitment to exercise daily.  Temptation is designed to influence and draw you away from what is right. You will be tempted to skip exercise today or tomorrow. The excuses about being too busy or messing up my hair must be punished by the Word of God. Your commitment to exercise daily, during this year of transformation, must override these daily temptations. 

Don’t let anything interfere with your time to care for the body God has given you. Your increased energy levels will more than make up for any perceived loss of time. Keeping your goals small and doing a little less will keep you on the course toward a fitter, healthier lifestyle.
